On-chip narrow-linewidth optical parametric oscillators

We demonstrate an integrated optical parametric oscillator including an ultra-low-loss external cavity on silicon nitride, resulting in a signal wave with intrinsic linewidth about 10 Hz, more than an order smaller than the pump.
