Practical realizations of high efficiency switched mode power amplifiers

High efficiency switch-mode power amplifiers based on class E, F-1 and current-mode class-D are studied and designed utilizing same LDMOS devices. The possibilities of applying load modulation techniques as an efficient way to modulate the output power is also investigated.
