Universities struggling with accountability and trust: Insights from university-industry interactions in innovtive foods

This chapter relates the issue of accountability and trust in universities and higher educational institutes to the new logics of how to run universities. What we can agree upon is that universities have been changing radically in recent years, and especially in Europe. This chapter examines specific cases of university-industry interactions, involving long-term interactions between policy-makers, firms and university reseearchers.
