Consumer report (“avnämarrapport” in Swedish) for the company in question which is financed by the company (by Swedish metal workers union Metall) and partly also by a research foundation (the Swedish Metal Workers Union Metall was responsible). It is a questionnaire survey, in this case, a so-called total survey of all blue-collar employees dealing with assembly work. In this case was it a matter of evaluating a temporary approach introduced by the company to al throughout workdays using specific operators who always were available to support the assembly line operators, i.e. "rullande avlösning" in Swedish.
