Influence of Fuel Density on the Conversion Rate of a Fixed Biofuel Bed Operated in a Counter-Current Mode
Paper in proceeding, 2003

The influence of fuel density on the conversion rate of a fixed biofuel bed operated in a counter-current mode has been investigated by a recently published fixed-bed combustion model. In agreement with previous experimental results the model shows that the fuel density has a very small influence on the conversion rate.
