The Onsala Twin Telescope Project

This paper described the Onsala Twin Telescope
project. The project aims at the construction of
two new radio telescopes at the Onsala Space Observatory,
following the VLBI2010 concept. The project
starts in 2013 and is expected to be finalized in 2017.
