Carbon Nanotube Based Ridge Gap Resonator for 220-325 GHz
Paper i proceeding, 2014

Measurements on a carbon nanotube based ridge gap resonator are presented in this paper. Carbon nanotubes are utilized as a base material for rapid prototyping of gap waveguide devices. Here it has been implemented on a ridge gap resonator for 220-325 GHz. The carbon nanotube based structure is compared to a previously fabricated Si-based device and to simulations.
