+ Energy Houses in Amhult Torslanda. Studio ARK 191 - Sustainable Design
Rapport, 2009

This report shows the results of the studio “Sustainable Design“ in the master programme Design for Sustainable Development” given by the dept. of Architecture at Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg, Sweden. The aim of the studio is to integrate the environmental issues of sustainable building into an architectural project, combining the “traditional” functional qualities with low environmental impact. The students have also been expected to take a standpoint whether sustainable architecture needs a new expression. The studio is built on explorative exercises in earlier studios in the programme, mainly “Environmental Approaches to Sustainable Building“
