Dilek is a senior lecturer at the Division of Construction Management. Since 2012 she has been working in academia, conducting research projects and teaching both in architecture and construction management courses. She continues working on the applications of process and practice approaches, narrative theory, and identity work in understanding different aspects of strategy making in the built environment sector. More recently, she has become interested in exploring digital transformation and digital disruption which are prevailing narratives currently shaping the construction sector.
