Postdoc at Industrial Biotechnology

Dorota Rzechonek joined the Industrial Biotechnology Division as a post-doc in June 2023. She investigates the robustness and short-time adaptation of probiotic yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae var boulardii. The research is aimed at improving cellular quality and probiotic functionality by modifying conditions of cell culture production.
