My research is on statistical methods for description and estimation of undirected graphs describing the interrelations of genes and other biomarkers in cell samples from cancer patients. I am particularly interested in graphical models, Bayesian inference and variational methods as well as Bayesian sampling methods (MCMC, SMC, …).
