Klara Helgesson

Doctoral Student at Food and Nutrition Science

Klara is a PhD student at the division of Food and Nutrition Science working within the Formas-funded Susweed project. Her work aims to evaluate methods to stabilize and process seaweed, as well as different cultivation techniques, for the development of versatile and high-quality intermediate raw materials ready to use by industry. The focus lies mainly on the red seaweed Palmaria palmata.
