Doctoral Student at Energy Technology

My research focuses on the experimental study of heat transfer using various types of plasma in rotary kilns for cement production and in glass manufacturing furnaces. I investigate fuel switching from fossil sources to sustainable alternatives such as hydrogen and CO₂-based thermal plasmas. In collaboration with Heidelberg Materials and the EU GIFFT project, I aim to develop energy-efficient, low-emission solutions for high-temperature industrial processes.
