Leonard Nielsen

Doctoral Student at Materials Physics

I am a PhD student in Marianne Liebi's research group since September 2019. My work focuses on the theoretical, algorithmic and computational aspects of Small-angle X-ray Scattering Tensor Tomography (SASTT), and the reconstruction and analysis of three-dimensional reciprocal space maps in anisotropic materials. I also develop software for the use of others who utilize SAXSTT in their research, and I am involved in the extension of tensor tomographic reconstruction to measurement methods besides x-rays, such as visible light. I received both my Bachelor degree in Physics in 2017 and my Master degree in Physics in 2019 from Gothenburg University.
