Shuai Li

Postdoc at Fluid Dynamics

Shuai Li is a postdoc at the Division of Fluid Dynamics. He is working on the EU Horizon 2020 INVENTOR project addressing aircraft noise reduction with focus on noise mitigation of landing gears (LGs) and high-lift devices (HLDs) by means of innovative designs and noise-control technologies. The goals are to better understand the noise generated by LGs and HLDs and to decrease the external noise from business jets and transport aircrafts, contributing to the achievement of the Flightpath 2050 goals established by the European Commission, i.e. reduction of noise from flying aircrafts by 65%.
