Sandip Wadekar
Sandip Wadekar is working as a PhD student at the Division of Combustion and Propulsion Systems. The main subject area of his work is the investigation of the impact of ultra-high fuel injection pressures in gasoline direct injection engines on the fuel-air mixing using Large-Eddy Simulations (LES). An important part of his research will be the development and validation of model components enabling predictive LES simulations for ultra-high fuel injection systems. Moreover, He is also interested in turbulent premixed combustion modeling.
