Jessica Wehner

Doktorand at Chalmers, Technology Management and Economics, Service Management and Logistics

The research focuses on how energy can be used more efficiently in the area of freight transportation and logistics. More precisely, the research focus is on the “Fifth Fuel” – energy efficiency as an alternative energy form to coal, petroleum, nuclear and alternative energy. The aim is to identify "how" and "where" the energy potential can be brought to life not only to reduce the energy consumption in the freight transport sector, but also to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and to enhance sustainability.
