Yuqing Zhu
Yuqing Zhu is a PhD student in the Antenna Systems Group. He joined the department in September 2022. His research project focuses on reflectarrays and reconfigurable reflecting surfaces for OTA testing of 6G wireless devices. The research results are expected to lay the foundation of the next-generation OTA methods and platforms synthesizing controllable millimeter-wave propagation environment with reduced energy consumption and costs for the characterization of future wireless systems, such as “advanced” 5G and beyond, massive MIMO, and IoT. Industrial partners of this project are Ericsson, Rohde & Schwarz, Bluetest, and Icomera.
