Impact hub for healthy & sustainable eating
Research Project, 2023
Purpose and goal
The project has 2 aims. 1) To better understand and form a target image around how we can speed up behavioral changes through innovation and to increase the demand for healthy food in Sweden and internationally. This is to complement the innovation efforts made in healthy and sustainable food production. 2) Understand and define a prototype for a future long-term innovation program; a program that can better promote increased national and international cooperation between actors and an increased number of transformative and scalable solutions within the food system.
Expected results and effects
In this preparatory project we have the ambition to deliver: 1) a mission-shaped report around the food system, with focus on behavioral change driving demand and the challenges and variables that influence a more sustainable way of eating 2) a new coordinated innovation program with clear prototypes/portfolio of activities, focused on converting knowledge to transformative and scalable solutions based on the needs of people, planet, the commercial market, society and the full food system enables new regional, national as well as international collaboration.
