Collaboration for Hospital-at-Home – Towards a Coordinated and Effective Implementation

Research Project, 2025 – 2027

The project develops and scales models for Hospital at Home (HaH) with a focus on national implementation. Four university hospitals form the project’s core, complemented by Region Jämtland Härjedalen and Region Norrbotten to reflect diverse geographical contexts. In collaboration with academia, technology providers, industry, and patients, the project establishes shared frameworks and methods for implementation. It strengthens healthcare’s capacity to deliver advanced hospital-level
care at home and promotes a more equitable, accessible, and sustainable care system.
