The research project studies ´Off-Peak city logistics´, and aims to: 1) create new knowledge by studying the effects and results of ongoing trials and test new solutions, 2) identify off-peak in Sweden/EU, 3) create proposals regulations and disseminate knowledge.The goal of the project is to: 1) examine the affects can be achieved with Off-Peak city logistics, 2) to test new solutions, 3) to develop a proposal on rules that can be used for a wider establishment of off-peak delivery of goods, and 4) to disseminate knowledge about the benefits and possibilities of off-peak.
