Learning Lab Hammarkullen: Codesigning Renovation

A reserch project going on 2014–2018. The project is part of National Transdisciplinary Centre of Excellence for Integrated Sustainable Renovation (SIRen) funded by the Swedish research council Formas with 23 million SEK and likewise by partners. The project will develop a model for sustainable integrated renovation that takes into account environmental, social and economic aspects.
Learning Lab Hammarkullen is a platform for property owners, residents, researchers and companies for common learning about how renovation of residential buildings can be done sustainable taking into account all different perspectives. We search the answer of:
How does different lifestyles infuence sustainable renovation?
How should residents be included early in the process?
How should tenants be involved in the actual decisions?
