Integrerad reglering av drivning, bromsning och styrning hos långa modulära lastbilskombinationer
Research Project, 2011 – 2016

The project will study how long modular vehicle combinations can be designed to solve a network of transport operations which contain both urban and rural environment with boundary conditions. The modular units will be assumed to carry its own energy storage and make it possible with active traction control. The actuators locations will be optimized as well as the speed and strength of the selected vehicle combinations to minimize deviationfrom road at low speeds and provide greater dynamic stability. The chosen control structures will be validated by simulation.
