Ambidexterity driven change: Innovative projects as components of transformation
Research Project, 2019 – 2022

We aim to create a model/framework that could support any organizations attempting to encourage innovative initiatives to play a part in creating the strategic agenda and shape the organization. We see that this model could include mainly three components:
 How to organize innovative work in contextually ambidextrous organizations
 How to set up a structure for continuously learn from that work on an aggregated level
 How to create a process/model to let such learning influence the strategic agenda and organizational system
