Smart City Concepts in Curitiba - low-carbon transport and mobility in a digital society
Research Project, 2019 – 2023

Purpose and goal: the project explores smart and sustainable solutions for low-carbon transport of passengers and goods in an urban environment. The project includes data mining and analysis, energy and emission balances for various transport solutions and fuel alternatives, as well as design of scenarios for smart mobility and a platform for digital reality in 3D. The results will contribute new insights and tools to address urban mobility, and explore avenues for innovation and infrastructure transformation.

Expected results and effects: the project is multidisciplinary and involves the participation of several stakeholders from academia, business, government and society at large. The results will contribute new insights and tools to address urban mobility, explore multi-level infrastructure transformation and technological innovation in a multidisciplinary cooperative platform.
