Adaptive Tracking Control with Application to a Flexible Transmission System
Paper in proceeding, 2008

This contribution examines the performance of a two-degrees-of-freedom controller with limited adaptive features when applied to a benchmark problem for robust control. A general design procedure is explained and exemplified before simulations are carried out. Simulations indicate that the controller has potential to perform well if applied on the real-world system. However, if the reference-response bandwidth is increased, sudden load changes may lead to unacceptable transients.
