I am a chemist with a Ph.D. in Materials Science at Chalmers University of Technology. I focus on analytical method development, materials characterisation as well as understanding chemical reactions. I want to contribute to a more sustainable future with my scientific knowledge of the world. During my studies, I have developed an interest in chemical reactions and their mechanisms and how to analyze them as well as in materials and their modifications. This led me to catalysis, where I have explored previously homogeneous and photocatalysis. Currently, I am working on the catalytic conversion of furans to simple aromatics over zeolites and the analysis of the product stream as an application for biomass as a feedstock for chemical production.
