Energy conservation in the food industry using process integration - Methodologies and case study
Konferensbidrag (offentliggjort, men ej förlagsutgivet), 2003

Increased sales of ready-made meals mean that the environmental impacts of the households are changed and the degree of processing in industry is increased, Process integration methods are briefly presented and partly used in this study to identify parts of the process in a Swedish slaughterhouse and meat processing plant where there is a potential to save energy. Several areas where heat savings are possible are identified.
