Closure at the Irreducible Part of the Fourth Moment for the case of Constant Coefficients in the Fokker-Planck Equation

The problem of derivation of the kinetic equations for a plasma with a source is considered. A rigorous closure is obtained for the case of constant coefficients in the Fokker-Planck equation with a Maxwellian source.
