Teaching Project Management over the Web

An action research project performed on a project management course, in which a web based pre-seminar test was introduced, is presented.
Observations indicate that students increased their reading, but not their perceived learning. However, when the students used the test after the seminar in order to prepare for the final exam, learning improved!
