Supported lipid bilayer based surface modifications - An approach to control cell attachment and cell differentiation
Paper i proceeding, 2004

An approach based on phosphatidylcoline supported phospholipid bilayers based surface modifications to control cell attachment was presented. The formation of the supported phospholipid bilayers and its modifications with the peptide was followed with the quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation technique (QCM-D). It monitors the mass of the species adsorbed to the sensor surface and also indicate the rigidity of the adsorbed film. The results of long term cell behavior on functionalized supported lipid bilayers will be presented.
