The study is a collaboration between Riksbyggen, one of Sweden’s largest housing developers, and Chalmers University of Technology. The housing project was developed by Riksbyggen in cooperation with several stakeholders through the Positive Footprint Housing development platform between 2012 and 2018. The project was designed to represent a leading example of sustainable housing, with a strong focus on sustainable construction methods and high-quality living environments.

The study is based on surveys and interviews conducted with a selection of residents. It focuses on residents’ experiences of the housing and its qualities, as well as the associated social aspects and community values.
