On behalf of the organizing and program committee, we would like to welcome you to the 29 th IEEE International Conference on Computer Design 2011. The International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD) encompasses a wide range of technical topics and provides an ideal environment to discuss practical and theoretical work that enables cross-pollination.
