Creating an automated micromanipulator with a microfluidics and optical tweezers approach to study replicative ageing
Paper i proceeding, 2019

We designed a microfluidics systems combined with optical tweezers to create an automated micromanipulator. With this setup we studied the replicative lifespan in yeast to elucidate mechanisms which contribute to ageing of biological cells.
