Postdoc at Language and Communication

I have been researching and writing about English-medium instruction (EMI) in higher education and intercultural communication, multilingualism, and English as a lingua franca in relevant educational policy and practice. My current research largely focuses on multilingual students’ academic communication competence (development) in internationalised and digitalised university settings. I also study university language policy for multilingual participation of academic staff in representative bodies. Besides, I am also interested in immigrants' language maintenance and family language policy.
