David Andersson

Postdoc at Physical Resource Theory

David conducts interdisciplinary research related to societal transitions towards long-term climate targets. His main focus is on the demand side of the energy system, focusing on sustainable consumption patterns and their relation to subjective well-being. This research is partly conducted within the framework of the Mistra Urban Futures centre for sustainable urban development.

David is also leading the work on developing a web-service that will help inform individuals about their carbon footprint. The work is conducted in close collaboration with the City of Gothenburg. He is also an appreciated lecturer in the field of environmental policy making and sustainable consumption.
