Johannes Tornborg

Doctoral Student at Geology and Geotechnics

Johannes is an industrial doctoral student at the Division of Geology and Geotechnics, research group Geotechnics. Johannes conducts his research studies within the project "Time-dependent response of deep excavations in soft clays”. Johannes study how the material behavior of clay change with time during deep excavations. The aim of the project is to develop current design methods and therefore improve reliability when analyzing environmental impacts and forces acting on geotechnical construction works during and after the construction phase.
