Carl Emvin

Doctoral Student at Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems

Carl Emvin is a doctoral student at the division of Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems. He is primarily conducting research within the area of Residual Range Estimation for road vehicles. The goal is to identify to how different vehicle-topologies affect the energy consumption and to create generic model for estimation of residual range. He hopes that his models will reduce the range anxiety that ev-users currently experience.
