Randi Franzke

Doctoral Student at Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems

Randi Franzke is an industrial Ph.D. student in the Thermodynamics group of Volvo Car Corporation, in corporation with the Vehicle Engineering department. The goal of her research is to develop a new simulation method that will facilitate the development process for hybrid and electric cars. Therefore she will both validate current methods and develop a method that includes the thermal behaviour of electric components. The project is supervised by Simone Sebben and co-funded by the Swedish Energy Agency.
