Visiting Researcher at Chalmers, Industrial and Materials Science, Engineering Materials

Casey Jessop's research is about the damage in railways, in association with several Charmec projects. The aim is to evaluate behavior of materials under conditions typical of railway environments, and better understand the mechanisms involved in fatigue and failure. The research is interesting due to its potential to have direct influence on many industrial partners, and in turn environmental and social betterment.
