Collaborative innovation in construction projects as means for strategic innovation in construction client organizations
Research Project, 2017 – 2018

The objective of this research is to increase the understanding of how strategic and long-term innovation efforts can be organized, operated and co-created within a project-based organizational setting. The object for study is an initiative by a major Swedish construction client to carry out a structured innovation process in a building project, as a means to develop strategic managerial processes supporting innovation.
