Kamilla Kohn Rådberg
Kamilla Kohn Rådberg has a MSc in International Business Administration and Law and a PhD in Technology Management and Economics.
Kamilla has an extensive background from the private sector, within the automotive industry as well as management consultancy, but also from international science- and foreign policy area. While working as a manager within Volvo Cars, Kamilla participated in the FENIX-program 2000-2005, as an executive PhD. Her doctoral thesis, presented in December 2005, focused on aspects of driving and managing innovation in large, mature business organizations.
Kamilla is involved in the research group "Managing In-Between” led by Associate Professor Susanne Ollila, which furthers the knowledge about managing inter-organisational collaboration in innovative contexts and how the role of new, emerging actors have and can have in the innovation eco-system can be understood. In her work, Kamilla is also engaged as assistant supervisor to PhD students connected to the MIB group, and as supervisor of Master thesis work. She is also examiner and course leader of the course TEK510 Organising for Innovation, together with Anna Yström.
