Why are we even doing this? Scaling up HaH without losing what's important

Although Hospital at Home (HaH) has existed in different forms for decades, questions remain regarding how to best implement and scale up HaH initiatives. In the Nordic healthcare systems, HaH is still an emerging model of care. Using translation theory, we studied two hospital wards’ HaH implementations to better understand how knowledge in healthcare can be shared and used to scale up innovations.
