Tushar Chugh

Doctoral Student at Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems

Tushar is an Industrial PhD student from Volvo Car Corporation (VCC) in vehicle dynamics at the Division of Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems. His project is to develop haptic feedback control methods for electric power assisted steering and steer-by-wire force feedback systems. This requires the development of an appropriate steering feel control reference model, road feedback observer/estimator and closed-loop controller. The work is funded by the ITEAM project in the EU Horizon 2020 framework and Vinnova of the FFI.
