Eric Earley

Post doc at Bionic

Eric Earley is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Biomechatronics and Neurorehabilitation Laboratory, where he is developing lifelike tactile sensory feedback to improve osseointegrated prosthetic limbs. This sensory feedback is accomplished by stimulating peripheral nerves in the residual limb via implantable electrodes, providing direct connections to the brain. This work may help prosthesis wearers to accomplish daily tasks more easily and naturally.
