Hampus André

Doktorand at Chalmers, Technology Management and Economics, Environmental Systems Analysis

Hampus André is a PhD student in the Mistra REES program (Resource-Efficient and Effective Solutions based on circular economy thinking). He has an MSc from the degree program of Energy and Environment with specialization in Industrial Ecology at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. During his fourth year he studied a semester at the Environmental Engineering program at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In his PhD studies, Hampus aims to deploy his interests in ecological economics and industrial ecology to contribute quality findings in the transition towards a resource-efficient and sustainable economic model for society and the Swedish manufacturing industry in particular. Especially, he focuses on the assessment of scarce and critical materials in circular solutions.
