Rabindra Mohanty

Rabindra Mohanty joined the division Electric Power Engineering as a postdoctoral researcher in 2018, where he works on communication assisted protection scheme for converter dominated medium voltage microgrids. His research interests include renewable energy integration, protection, and control of microgrids. Before joining Chalmers, he worked as a senior R&D engineer in power grid, grid automation group at ABB Corporate Development Center, Bangalore, India. Rabindra received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from VSS University of Technology, Burla, India. He completed his M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electric Power and Energy Systems Engineering from Indian Institute of Technlogy Kharagpur, India in 2014 and 2018 respectively. His Ph.D. thesis deals with the Protection and Fault Location for DC Microgrids.
