Nelson Rebelo
Nelson Rebelo is an industrial doctoral student employed at Low Noise Factory. His research interests include low-noise semiconductor devices and transistor-based amplifiers, focusing on InP HEMTs for cryogenic low-noise amplifiers.
He has obtained M.Sc. degree in Engineering physics, in the Nanotechnology program, in 2023 at Chalmers University of Technology and a B.S. degree at the School of Science and Technology from NOVA University of Lisbon in 2020.
From September 2023 he is pursuing his PhD at the Terahertz & Millimetre Wave Laboratory performing research on low-noise amplifiers for atmospheric monitoring and radio astronomy.
