Turbulence

The aim of the project is to develop knowledge about sensing and responding to turbulence in firms’ surrounding environments. WP1 focuses on generating knowledge and tools to identify and categorise turbulence. WP2 focuses on managing turbulence in the S&OP process, information exchange in supply chains, and production network configuration. WP3 focuses on the overall preparedness of Swedish manufacturing industries in turbulent environments. WP1-2 are based on case studies, and WP3 on survey and macro data.
