Prediktivt underhåll av e-powertrain med hjälp av fysikinformerad inlärning
Forskningsprojekt, 2023 – 2027

The electrification of mobility plays a decisive role in the phasing out of fossil fuels in the economy, and we are facing an industrial revolution in connection with the massive spread of electric vehicles. Their level of technical readiness has increased significantly, and electric vehicles can now replace electric vehicles in terms of services provided, supporting the EU's efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. In addition to reducing the amount of critical materials and lowering costs, it is important to optimize the lifetime of EV components to facilitate their adoption, especially the powertrain sub-components that have the greatest impact on EV cost and carbon emissions. A new generation of powertrain diagnosis and forecasting systems will be a decisive factor in ensuring that electric cars are introduced, because they will appreciate its degradation, anticipate failures and facilitate repairs, thus prolonging its life. With significant improvements in sensors, complex modeling and data processing methods such as artificial intelligence (AI), predictive maintenance (PdM) has gained great interest in various fields. Development of PdM methods for the sub-components of the EV powertrain (battery, fuel cell, e-motor, power electronics) is the core of this TEAMING project. Thanks to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Staff Exchanges, TEAMING will significantly improve the various aspects of the PdM solution. predictive maintenance (PdM) has gained a lot of interest in various fields.
